What Are Fine Art Photography Limited Edition Prints?
Limited edition prints are for art collectors or someone looking for a special one of a kind art print. Limited edition prints are limited so that the value of the print will go up once all prints in the edition are sold. Once an edition is sold out a collector can choose to sell their piece at a profit, as there will not be anymore printed by me.
I print my limited edition prints on the highest quietly paper money can buy, Hahnemuhle photo rag paper 305 GSM. The paper has a heavy weight to it and has a beautiful texture. My lab/printer is considered the best in Los Angeles.
My 30” x 40” and 40” x 60” Prints are limited edition, numbered, signed and come with a letter of authenticity. There are also two Artist Proofs (AP) for each edition. AP are kept by me and usually held for my own collection or possibly gifted to someone of importance.
Prices for these large prints are higher for two reasons. One for the expense to have them printed on such a high-quality paper and printed by such an exclusive lab. And two because they are limited edition and very sought after, also at some point they will no longer be available.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
